After waiting for Safelite for a week, only for them to no call/no show (and be utterly impossible to work with), a friend recommended Bob's Auto Glass. Wish I had called them originally - I wouldn't have been without the car for a week! The rep that scheduled my appointment was super nice and helpful, and he was able to get the window ordered and a mobile appointment set up for the next day - not expected but so appreciated! John and Carl called ahead to let me know they were on the way, and were so polite and efficient. They even hauled off the broken window (which was already out of the car) and left no mess behind. While I hope I never need them again, I will 100% be calling Bob's Auto Glass if I do! For reference, they replaced the driver's side front window of my 2019 Audi Q8.

I had a situation with a broken truck window 2 days ago. I called Bob’s auto glass and Felipe was amazing and helped me right away! I got an appointment for next day for new glass and installation. It was all such a pleasant and expeditious experience. Thank you Felipe and team! Highly recommend and will definitely return. Before and after pictures. Amazed and so happy 😃

I rarely leave reviews but want to commend Bob’s Glass for doing a phenomenal job on my wife’s 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Geico tried pushing me to Safelite but went with this local shop that’s been in business for over 40 years. Kyle the Technician was professional, super clean and meticulous with the install. Thanks to Bob’s for a job well done. Will use them again if needed.

They replaced the rear window on my F150, it was beat up pretty bad and had over spray really bad from a recent paint job, they did a beautiful job and it looks brand new. Thanks Filipe and team.

I recently had my windshield replaced at Bob's Auto Glass. They were very friendly and professional. They did a wonderful job. As a first time customer, Felipe, the store manager introduced himself to me and and appreciated my bussines.
